Can you breath, can't you?

    People may find that breathing is just a normal thing to do, but some might not know that breathing in the right way like meditating may improve concentration and lower stress.

    " How to do it? "you may ask.  

Meditating can be done in 2 minutes in the simplest ways:

  1. Simply find somewhere that is suitable for mediation
  2. Sit or make yourself in a comfortable position
  3. Start breathing in and out at your normal pace, then close your eyes when you are ready
  4. Inhaling for 3 seconds, then exhaling for 5 seconds
  5. Repeat the 4th step, but this time hold your breath for 2 seconds, then exhale it all out
  6. Repeat the 4th step, inhale again sending all the oxygen to your whole body, starting from your head to your tip-toes. 
  7. Inhale for 3 seconds for the last time, hold it a bit, then exhale all out. 
  8. When you're ready, you can open your eyes.
Some may question is there any application to enhance your meditation?
