People may find that breathing is just a normal thing to do, but some might not know that breathing in the right way like meditating may improve concentration and lower stress.
" How to do it? "you may ask.
Meditating can be done in 2 minutes in the simplest ways:
- Simply find somewhere that is suitable for mediation
- Sit or make yourself in a comfortable position
- Start breathing in and out at your normal pace, then close your eyes when you are ready
- Inhaling for 3 seconds, then exhaling for 5 seconds
- Repeat the 4th step, but this time hold your breath for 2 seconds, then exhale it all out
- Repeat the 4th step, inhale again sending all the oxygen to your whole body, starting from your head to your tip-toes.
- Inhale for 3 seconds for the last time, hold it a bit, then exhale all out.
- When you're ready, you can open your eyes.
Some may question is there any application to enhance your meditation?
The answer is YES, THERE IS!!!
