Are you afraid of eating your favorite foods? Because you might think it would be unsafe for your health? Or maybe it consists of several nutrients that can't be seen by your eyes?


Having adequate nutrition really benefits our healthcare in various ways, including the risk of some disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and well-being. "My fitness pal" is an app for stress management depending on the food you intake. I firmly believe that healthy nutrition really helps us reduce all types of stress by eating whatever we want. Whenever we have food in hand, we can scan it and it will display our weight, pattern, calorie and intake of those foods. So that, it will tell us how much more foods we should or shouldn't consume everydaylife. 


In addition, with this app, we can just go travelling, eating and shopping whenever we want by not having any more fear of being fat, undernutrition and overnutrition. I strongly believe that it is the best tactic to step outside into nature. Exploring new places with new foods can help us reduce our work-related stress while enjoying the new atmosphere. By scanning the foods with "my fitness pal", I don't think we have more stress after this traveling. πŸ’—πŸ’–
